DXZ series limit switches can be used on cranes and transportation mechanism for three coordinate measuring, and travelling limit of various applications, like construction, harbor,mine, engineering, etc. 
The products have following advantages: small size, mulion, high precision utilization and for fixing and adjusting.
DXZ series limit switches are adjustable, reliable and with high sensitivity. Option potentiometer sensor can work with indicatingdevice to simulate the real time position.

Input shaft of limit switch is connected with relative mechanism by a pinion (or a coupling connecter).
Displacement signal of mechanism is transmitted into angle single
of output shaft by reduction gears.(see Figure 2-1).

a. It drives memorable mechanical parts which synchronize with output shaft.4contacts
change over according to the position of 4 relative adjustable cams, then limit switch gives
travelling control and limit.
b. Option sensor is driven to synchronize with output shaft, and gives relative signal to 
display device, then display device can indicate the real position by simulation.
 

Pinion on DXZ limit input shaft is engaged with slewing ring, DXZ limit switch records the rotating angle of crane. When the crane rotates to its slewing limit angle,relative contact of  limit switch change over with the 
help of corresponding cam, then slewing movement is stopped.
