Product Description: D3V Series Trolley Mechanism

ELMAK CRANE (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD offers the D3V Series Trolley Mechanism, designed for tower crane trolley systems. This mechanism includes a range of spare parts such as fixing angles, mast sections, pins, ladders, slewing rings, motors, gearboxes, pinions, limit switches, winches, wire ropes, electrical cables, contactors, pulleys, rollers, RCV, VAC, OMD, HRCV, brushes, and more.

The D3V Series Trolley Mechanism operates within an operating temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC with a noise level of ≤75dB. It is a self-designed mechanism based on advanced foreign technologies, consisting of a torque motor (or variable frequency motor), reducer, limit switch, winding drum, and frame. The motor is designed for horizontal installation with a B5 flange form.
