ELMAK CRANE (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD offers a range of spare parts for tower crane trolley mechanisms. These spare parts include fixing angles, mast sections, pins, ladders, slewing rings, motors, gearboxes, pinions, limit switches, winches, wire ropes, electrical cables, contactors, pulleys, rollers, RCV, VAC, OMD, HRCV, brushes, and more.

The D3V series trolley mechanism is specifically designed for tower crane trolley systems. It features a torque motor or variable frequency motor, reducer, limit switch, winding drum, and frame. The motor is designed for horizontal installation with a B5 flange form.

Operating within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC, the mechanism operates quietly with a noise level of ≤75dB. Please note that the tower crane trolley mechanism should never be manned for safety reasons.
